개인정보처리방침
로직코드(이하 “운영자”)는 loziccode.com 웹사이트와 운영자가 만든 도구·서비스(이하 “서비스”)를 이용하는 분의 개인정보를 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 처리합니다.
1. 처리하는 개인정보 항목과 목적

2. 보유 및 이용 기간
- 구독 정보: 구독 해지 또는 삭제 요청 시까지
- 문의 정보: 답변 완료 후 1년, 또는 삭제 요청 시 즉시 파기
- 법령에 따라 보존해야 하는 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.
3. 처리 위탁
구독·문의 정보는 데이터베이스 서비스 Supabase(Supabase, Inc.)에 저장됩니다. 이 외에 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하지 않습니다.
4. Google API 서비스 이용 (YUTO Studio)
YUTO Studio는 운영자가 직접 소유·관리하는 YouTube 채널의 콘텐츠 운영을 위해 만든 내부 도구이며, 일반 사용자에게 제공되는 서비스가 아닙니다.
접근하는 데이터
- YouTube 채널·동영상 기본 정보와 통계 (
youtube.readonly) - YouTube 분석 보고서 — 조회수, 시청 시간, 구독자 증감, 유입 경로 등 (
yt-analytics.readonly) - 운영자 채널에 동영상 업로드·댓글 작성 (
youtube.upload,youtube.force-ssl, 해당 기능을 쓰는 경우에 한함)
사용·저장·공유
- 데이터는 운영자 채널의 콘텐츠 기획·성과 분석에만 사용합니다.
- 인증 토큰과 분석 데이터는 운영자 본인의 컴퓨터에만 저장되며 외부 서버로 전송하지 않습니다.
- Google 사용자 데이터를 제3자에게 판매·제공하지 않으며, 광고 목적이나 AI 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.
- YUTO Studio의 Google API 사용 및 전송은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(제한적 사용 요건 포함)을 준수합니다.
YouTube API 서비스
YUTO Studio는 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 이용 시 YouTube 서비스 약관과 Google 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용됩니다.
접근 권한 철회
언제든 Google 계정 › 보안 › 서드파티 연결에서 YUTO Studio의 접근 권한을 해제할 수 있습니다. 해제하거나 삭제를 요청하면 저장된 토큰과 데이터를 지체 없이 파기합니다.
5. 정보주체의 권리
열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 아래 연락처로 요청할 수 있으며, 운영자는 지체 없이 조치합니다.
6. 안전성 확보 조치
접근 권한 최소화, 인증 정보의 로컬 보관 및 접근 통제, 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS)를 적용합니다.

Privacy Policy
1. What we collect and why
- Newsletter sign-up: one of email address, KakaoTalk ID or Telegram handle — to send the Daily Report.
- Contact form: name, email address and message — to reply to you.
- Theme preference: stored only in your browser's local storage; never sent to us.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
2. Retention
Subscription data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. Contact messages are kept for one year after we reply, or deleted on request.
3. Processors
Sign-up and contact data is stored with Supabase, Inc. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone else.
4. Google API Services (YUTO Studio)
YUTO Studio is an internal tool the operator uses to manage YouTube channels the operator owns. It is not offered to the public.
- Data accessed: channel and video metadata and statistics (
youtube.readonly); YouTube Analytics reports such as views, watch time, subscriber changes and traffic sources (yt-analytics.readonly); uploading videos and posting comments on the operator's own channels (youtube.upload,youtube.force-ssl), only where those features are used. - Use: content planning and performance analysis for the operator's channels only.
- Storage: OAuth tokens and analytics data are stored only on the operator's own computer and are not transmitted to any external server.
- Sharing: Google user data is never sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
- YUTO Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- YUTO Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using it you are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
- Revoking access: remove YUTO Studio at Google Account › Third-party connections at any time. On revocation or request, stored tokens and data are deleted promptly.
